Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
For your convenience, Catherine Martin offers flexible 14-days Exchange & Return Policy if you wish to return your order for some reason. Return item must meet our exchange & return conditions such as item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
2. How do I return or exchange an item?
We have a dedicated Exchange & Return page on our website with clear instructions. This page provides clear instructions on initiating a return or exchange. The process is quick and easy, allowing you to return or exchange your items hassle-free.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
- Free Returns: We offer free return shipping and a full refund for incorrect, damaged, or faulty orders.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you're returning an item for reasons other than an error on our part (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. In this case, we will issue a non-expiring store credit.
- Return Shipping Address: You will receive our return shipping address in Newcastle, New South Wales (NSW), Australia, via email once your return request is approved.
