 Shipping Cost

Domestic Orders:

  • Catherine Martin offers Free Standard Shipping for all domestic orders within Australia.
International Orders:
No International Shipping.

Tracking Your Order:

  • You will receive your order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order.
  • When your order is fully processed and ready for delivery, you will receive another email that contains the order delivery tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Shipping & Delivery Times:

Order Processing: we normally process all orders for shipment within 1-2 business days after the ordering process is completed.
Delivery Estimates: it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to be delivered to your delivery address. Please allow extra time for possible delays during weekends and public holidays.

Delayed/Lost Orders:

  • Customers are offered to receive store credit, replacement or refund for unfulfilled/lost order. Please note that Catherine Martin will not be responsible for delivered order that got stolen at your destination. Or order that get missing/lost due to wrong delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Please contact Customers Care at support@catherinemartins.com if you have any questions regarding your order. Please make sure you have your order number and tracking number ready when you contact us so we can locate your order and work to resolve your issues as soon as possible.

Return Policy & Cost:

Catherine Martin offers 14-days to exchange or return purchase(s) for eligible items.
