Shipping Cost
Domestic Orders:
- We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.
International Orders:
- We offer both free and paid international shipping to selected countries, with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days. Please check our Countries We Ship To page for more details on international orders.
- You will receive your order confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order.
- When your order is fully processed and ready for delivery, you will receive another email that contains the order delivery tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Shipping & Delivery Times:
Order Processing: we normally process all orders for shipment within 1-2 business days after the ordering process is completed.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery typically takes approximately 7–14 business days for domestic orders and 10–20 business days for international orders. Please allow extra time for possible delays during weekends and public holidays.
Delayed/Lost Orders:
- Customers are offered to receive store credit, replacement or refund for unfulfilled/lost order. Please note that Catherine Martin will not be responsible for delivered order that got stolen at your destination. Or order that get missing/lost due to wrong delivery address provided by the customer.

Please make sure you have your order number and tracking number ready when you contact us so we can locate your order and work to resolve your issues as soon as possible.

Return Policy & Cost:
Catherine Martin offers 14-days to exchange or return purchase(s) for eligible items.
You will receive the return address after we receive your return request. Our store’s return address is located in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. This address is used for both Australian and international returns.
