How to Initiate a Return

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

1. Start Your Request

Email support@catherinemartins.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return. Our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address.

2. Choose Your Return Type

Depending on the reason for your return, we offer the following:

  • Change of Mind: If the item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, we offer Store Credit (which never expires). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damaged or Wrong Item: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we will provide a Full Refund to your original payment method. To help us process this quickly, please include a photo or video of the item and packaging in your return request. We will also reimburse your return shipping costs once we have received and inspected the returned item.

3. Send it Back

Once you have the return address from our team, please ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure it reaches us safely.
