International Orders:
  • We offer both free and paid international shipping to selected countries, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. Please check our Countries We Ship To page for more details on international orders.
Tracking Your Order:

  • Customers are offered to receive store credit, replacement or refund for unfulfilled/lost order. Please note that Catherine Martin will not be responsible for delivered order that got stolen at your destination. Or order that get missing/lost due to wrong delivery address provided by the customer.

Catherine Martin offers 30-days to exchange or return purchase(s) for eligible items.

You will receive the return address after we receive your return request. Our store’s return address is located in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. This address is used for both Australian and international returns.
